Who are we?
There's a lot of Hines families out there (not to mention Hynes, Heinz and other variations). We are:
The Hines family of Boston: In the 1920s, Peter and Margaret Hines moved from South Boston to Peak Hill on the border of Boston's West Roxbury and Roslindale neighborhoods, where they raised their eight sons and daughters.
Through grandchildren and great-grandchildren, love and marriage, birth and adoption, the family has grown enormously (as well as losing many who we still miss). Once based largely in Massachusetts, we're now spread far and wide.
What is up?
We're planning a reunion.
When and where?
Join us Saturday, July 26, 2008 for a reunion in Duxbury, Massachusetts at the home of David Hines.
We've put this site together to help us plan the event, keep in touch, get folks excited, and share the fun, even if you can't join us in person.
Informal organizing bunch (committee sounds too official, doesn't it?)
David & Debra Hines
Marina (Hines) & Tim Mortimer
Paul & Eileen Hines
